I have ordered twice now with Keith, and I will buy with him again. I do not understand any negative reviews. Keith is responsive even on weekends. His advice has yielded excellent results. All of my fish have arrived alive. His packaging is very, very good. All that said, here are a couple of things that I have learned that work best for me and have yielded good outcomes. 1. Pay the extra money for Next Day and Saturday guaranteed delivery. Keith is on top of it! I travel through the week and the Saturday delivery guarantees that I am home. Keith sends these out around 4pm or 5pm my time, and I have had them by 10am or 11am the next day. Amazing. 2. Smaller fish do better in transit. I order the smallest available. Of the 8 I ordered in my last order, all 8 are thriving. 3. Adjust your expectations... these are living things. You are shipping living things across the country. Things happen. All three Discus arrived healthy. They were well packed. Very fast service too. They also made sure to deliver them later as requested. But. They were small. Read the fine print when ordering. Advertised as 2 inch but all were 1.5 maybe! Other than that I’m happy.
