Received very prompt response from Keith and all questions answered. Received acknowledgement of shipment on Friday evening and fish were delivered Saturday morning. Packaging was good, shipping costs reasonable and all 10 Discus in good shape with only some minor expected stress from shipping. Followed recommended acclamation in my 45 gallon quarantine tank and Discus are doing very well about 22hrs later. Today minor to no signs of stress remaining.
