Can I just say that of all the places that I have ordered from, I was awed today at how well packaged all 6 bags were. Love the styrofoam cooler and the fact there were 2 heat packs in there and still very warm! (It\'s been in the 30\'s here) The rams and plecos arrived fast, healthy, beautiful, and happy! So happy they were attempting to jump out of the bowls during acclimation. Not to mention they were the size they were advertised as. I had some difficulty getting the site to accept my shipping address during checkout, but you adjusted it immediately for me so they would arrive at the right location. Well worth the price of shipping because that is A++ service! I have already recommended to friends and will be back when I\'m are ready to shop again! Keep up the good work!
