I just want to say first off thank you Keith for all your direct communication with me and I know you are a busy person so I really appreciate all the time you and care you took communicating with me. Then when my package arrived at 10 till 10 am I could not believe it it was scheduled for 3pm to 7:30 pm and I was so excited to see it arrived early the ups driver rang my door bell and haded the box directly to me. I went straight to my fish room and opened it there they were all alive and all individually packed in their own bag . That meant alot to me and they all acclimated for 40 minutes before I cut the bag and drained off the old water using a plastic pasta strainer new and sat them in their quarantine tank its been a week today and everyone is still doing amazing. They are really getting some beautiful colors and we just couldnt be happier . We will definitely be ordering again soon
