baught this food and the worm flavor. it comes in nice big container and flakes are fluffy and large. the fish seem to love it so far. I had no idea frozen food had all these bad creatures that harm our fish. when spending large cash for the discus the least one can do is use the same food as the dealer. am happy your sharing these foods.
